The ITL program includes 3 phases:

• Phase (i) – The International Trade Law Summer Program (July 2023) – Open to all
  This is an introductory certificate course for any student or professional from a law, economics or other background to gain a comprehensive foundation of International Trade, WTO law and its application in Sri Lanka.
  
  
• Phase (ii) – WTO Moot Court Training Program (August 2023 – September 2023)
  During this Program, students will be trained in the art of oral and written advocacy in the WTO Dispute Settlement System, which is a unique blend of international diplomacy and dispute settlement.
  
  
• Phase (iii) – Training for the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition (September 2023 – July 2024)
  Students and teams that perform exceptionally well in Phase (ii) proceed to Phase (iii), whereby they will extensively train for the most important Moot Court Competition in International Trade Law. Our teams have always done exceptionally well in this competition, including emerging as the winners in 2020/21, and Quarterfinalists in 2021/22.
